We strive to deliver within estimated timelines, but delays due to weather, strikes, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our liability. Delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to the consignee upon delivery.
You agree not to ship hazardous, illegal, explosive, perishable without proper packaging, or any items restricted by Indian law. Medex reserves the right to inspect any shipment and dispose of prohibited goods without compensation.
Medex’s maximum liability is limited to the declared value of goods or INR 5,000 (whichever is lower), unless additional insurance is purchased. Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Medex Logistics is a registered logistics participant on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). This disclaimer clarifies our role, compliance, and limitations within the ONDC framework.
Medex acts as a Logistics Service Provider (LSP) on ONDC, enabling sellers and buyer apps to discover our shipping services. We comply with ONDC’s technical specifications, API standards, and dispute resolution protocols.
For shipments initiated via ONDC buyer apps, Medex’s liability is limited to the terms agreed in the ONDC network contract. Any dispute regarding product quality, returns, or seller commitment is subject to ONDC’s grievance mechanism. Medex’s role is limited to transit and delivery of the consignment.
All ONDC-related pricing (shipping charges, COD remittance) is pre-disclosed through the network. Medex does not levy hidden fees. If you are an end-consumer using an ONDC-enabled app, shipment tracking will be available through our track page.
As required by ONDC policies, we share order-level information (tracking status, delivery proof) with network participants. We do not share unnecessary personal data beyond operational requirements.
